	Brief description of our Promoter, Director & Staff members:
	1. Promoter : Mrs. Nayna K. Bhattasana She has degree of B.A and doing all creative work at home garden and also manage all administration. She always interacts with gardener and creates new ideas.
	2. Managing Director : Mr. Kishore P. Bhattasana
	3. R&D Head : Mr. Govindbhai Patel – Chemical Engineer PhD. He is very creative having 35 years experience in Biochemical, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Farming , Horticulture, Green house, Nursery etc… he is not doing only work but derive proper knowledge from above and now a days he is hardworking in R & D Department of Ever growth Biochemicals.
	4. Bio-Scientist : Mr. Mayur V.Vidja - He is young ,enthusiastic and done his study in M.Sc. biotechnology doing important work to develop bacterial strength which is useful for plant growth like Azotobacter, Rhizobium etc. He is sincere in working all time thinking for benefit of farmers.
	5. Executive : Mr.Kamlesh P. Bhattasana - He is managing all production activities of ever growth biochemical and got ten years of experience.
	6. Plant Engineer – Mr.Amrish J.Kasodariya - He is doing work regarding new machineries and maintain running machineries also executes machinery operators with proper training.
	7. General Staff - Company having other staff of MBA in Marketting, MBA in Finance, CA, B.Sc , B.Com and skilled Gardeners, Workers and Unskilled Workers Securities etc… Whole staff having 121 total persons .
